Flavin. Two clubs and a champion for an exceptional day of karate

The Raymond-Saqué dojo in Rodez was the scene of a memorable day for karate fans. Under the aegis of Jessica Buil, 6th dan black belt, multiple world and European champion, three exceptional courses were given, bringing together two Aveyron karate clubs: the Sakura karate club Rodez and the Karate club Flavin (KCF). These two clubs, although practicing different styles, wado-ryu for Sakura and shotokan for KCF, have once again merged their energies to offer a unique experience to their members.

Jessica Buil, a true expert in shotokan karate, was able to captivate the attention and enthusiasm of the participants thanks to her charisma, her dynamism and the rigor of her teaching. The three courses, focused mainly on the mastery of katas, these codified sequences specific to karate, allowed practitioners of all levels and all ages to progress significantly. Under Jessica’s watchful eye, participants were able to refine their techniques, improve their posture and understand in depth the subtleties of the movements.

The day was marked not only by rigorous work on the tatami, but also by excellent understanding between the members of the two clubs. The atmosphere was both studious and friendly, punctuated by intense moments of sharing and a few bursts of laughter.

This warm and collaborative atmosphere was a reflection of the possible harmony between different styles of karate, a harmony magnificently illustrated by the collaboration between Sakura and the Flavinois club.

The practitioners present not only sweated under the effort, but above all they will leave with lasting memories of this day. The classes led by Jessica were a perfect mix of pedagogy, rigor, precision, friendship and sharing.

This exceptional day also made it possible to strengthen the links between the two clubs, perfectly illustrating the spirit of camaraderie and mutual respect which animates karate.

A huge thank you goes to Jessica Buil for sharing her expertise and passion with so much generosity.

His presence was a source of inspiration for all practitioners, and his teaching left a lasting imprint on the hearts and minds of everyone. Thanks to her, this day will be remembered as a highlight in the life of the two karate clubs.

Given the success, the organizers are already thinking about repeating this type of event next year.
