According to the latest mental health report from Santé Publique France, published in January 2024, the morale of the French continues to deteriorate: depressive symptoms, suicidal gestures and thoughts are observed in emergency rooms and within SOS Médecins, whether among adults and doctors. Mental health is less and less taboo, so we realize how significant the discomfort is among millions of people, although many still remain silent about their psychological state.

A long, more qualitative therapy?

But how to treat depression? Difficult to access due to its price and lack of availability, mental health care requires meeting certain criteria, such as time and money.
