Vienna: Dangé-Saint-Romain tobacco store ravaged by fire after car-ramming breakage

The burglars' car was thrown and found burned in the business
According to our information, these are the consequences of a burglary committed following a car-ramming attack on the business.
The tobacco shop, located at 72 avenue de l'Europe, in the middle of the town of Dangé, opposite the town hall, was targeted between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m.
The criminals on the run
The criminals did not hesitate to drive their vehicle into the business. A fire then broke out in the establishment which was destroyed, as was the accommodation located upstairs. The car used was found burned in the middle of the store.
The entire stock of tobacco presses burned.
Firefighters intervened to extinguish the flames before they spread to adjoining businesses (the Physalis florist and the Actuel Coiffure hair salon) which suffered minor damage.
On-site criminal identification
For its part, the Châtellerault gendarmerie company opened an investigation to identify and arrest the perpetrators of this ramming followed by arson.
Residents in shock
The gendarmerie's white criminal identification van has been on site since this morning, with a technician in a white coat, to carry out various observations and samples, particularly on the charred vehicle at the tobacconist's.
