The Match of Shame in Four Stages – Counter Attack

Thursday, November 14, a match of shame took place at the Stade de : it pitted the Blues against the Israeli team, which allowed the colonial state to normalize its crimes against humanity committed in Gaza on the sporting scene. .

If the match was massively boycotted by the public and protected by more than 4,000 police officers, that is to say one police officer for every 4 spectators, it is necessary to underline 4 particularly scandalous points which were not sufficiently denounced that evening:

1 – Israeli far-right hooligans immediately attacked French supporters by beating them to the ground, 20 to 1. These are the same hooligans who were whining after receiving a few blows in Amsterdam. This time, no one spoke of “pogrom”, “lynching” or “Kristallnacht”. And even more astonishing, despite the thousands of police officers and stewards in an ultra-secure place and filmed from all angles, the Zionist attackers were able to act with complete impunity, and none of them was arrested. Imagine the opposite situation: if Israeli fans had been beaten to the ground in the middle of a stadium.

2 – At the same time, no less than 3 presidents and many French leaders, from the Socialist Party to the far right, took to the stands to clearly display their “unconditional support” for Israel. Even though this match is insignificant on a sporting level, and empty in terms of audience. Sport is obviously political, their presence proved it.

3 – One of the Israeli beaters, a certain Alexandre, who literally wears an Israeli army T-shirt, was kindly interviewed by BFM after the match. He repeats that it was “magnificent”, super well organized and very secure. The proof is that he and his friends were able to calmly sow terror and display genocidal symbols while Palestinian flags were banned. Thanks to the authorities!

4 – Highlight of the show, Israeli supporters sang in praise of Cnews, Pascal Praud and the police at the exit of the stadium, while the police repelled a demonstration for Palestine.
