It’s an unusual little story, spotted on a Facebook group concerning Lannion and its surroundings: Estelle sold a puzzle to a lady, before find a room of said game at home. She throws a bottle into the sea to find it!

A puzzle of Provence

“I took part in the Lannion FC garage sale, in the Grand Leclerc parking lot, on July 28,” says Estelle. Originally from Southern , she studies in Trégor, on a work-study basis at Easy-Watts, the electric two-wheeler company from Minihy-Tréguier.

On its stand, a 500-piece puzzle representing a floral decoration typical of Provence. A lady finds it pretty, and asks if it is complete:

“I was convinced of it, since I had just done it.”

Call the owner!

Deal done! Except that Estelle found, a few days ago, one piece of the puzzle at home, which had fallen into a bag, near the piece of furniture where she had placed it. “I blamed myself,” smiles the student, who would like to find the new owner to send it to her.

“I remember her very well, therefore: she must have been between 40 and 50 years old, with shoulder-length, brown/chestnut hair, and was with her family,” describes Estelle.
