The coordination of the 2nd district of Owendo, dedicated to the cause of “Yes”, has, in an atmosphere of great day mobilization, displayed its determination to promote the triumph of the massive vote in favor of the next of the future constitution, submitted to referendum this Saturday, November 16, 2024. She received on the occasion, the support and support of the Provincial Coordination of the Estuaire, at the public school of Akourenam 2 which refused people.

This meeting highlighted the growing involvement of young people, eager to invest in the political future of their country. “Young people are present and engaged. They understand that the future of Gabon is at stake today”underlined Felix Ngombyh Obame Nguéma, responsible for youth mobilization within the Coordination of 2th district of Owendo for the ‘’Oui’’.

Guy Francis Bignoumba, Campaign Director of the said Coordination, for his part recalled the history of the Municipality of Owendo in terms of electoral participation. He urged residents to remain mobilized and focused on the assigned objective. “On Saturday, look straight ahead, like we always did at Owendo. This center has always been a model of 100% participation. It will be the same this time”he said.

The provincial coordination of the Estuary, which came as reinforcement, took the opportunity to detail the benefits of the draft constitution under debate, emphasizing its inclusive aspect and the desire to strengthen the country’s institutions in the service of development and good. -be Gabonese, maintained its officials.

This meeting finally had the merit of bringing together all generations around the same objective. On behalf of the population of Owendo, the widow and wise woman Elisabeth Nzaou expressed the wish for 100% participation: “On November 16, the entire population of voting age will vote in favor of the new constitution for a stronger Gabon and a better future”she recommended.
