The Minister of Justice requested “an immediate report with a view to the precautionary suspension of the official of the Montargis court” whose comments were broadcast on France 2.

The Minister of Justice returned this Saturday, June 22 on BFMTV on the report broadcast Thursday evening on France 2 about the legislative campaign in Montargis, in Loiret, in which a white couple of National Rally (RN) sympathizers insult their neighbor , a black caregiver. He expressed his fear “that words of this type would be released”.

The minister had earlier in the day “asked the heads of the Orléans Court of Appeal for an immediate report with a view to suspending as a precautionary measure” of the neighbor in question, “an official of the Montargis court”, castigating “his Absolutely unacceptable comments.”

“I think that in a judicial court, there cannot be staff expressing racist ideas which, moreover, are not ideas: there are no racist ideas, there are offenses,” developed Éric Dupond-Moretti on our antenna.

The legislative elections, a “crucial choice” for the French

“There is this example there, there are others,” lamented the minister: “I am in the markets, I tow, I travel everywhere, I campaign and I hear a certain number of things that I don’t want to hear in this country.”

The fact remains that the Minister of Justice “does not once” imagine a victory for the extreme right, which could advance racism and its manifestations in France: “there is a central bloc which is a bloc of reason , to which I belong,” he defended.

“I think we can win, I think we will win,” assured the Minister of Justice.

He further accused the National Rally of “racism in the broad sense of the term” and the New Popular Front of anti-Semitism, referring to the legislative elections as “an absolutely crucial choice” for the French.
