Four Tunisian students won three gold medals and one silver medal at the 4th edition of the Arab Mathematics Olympiad, which took place from November 10 to 14, 2024 in Doha (Qatar), declared the president of the Tunisian association of competitions and culture of mathematics Monia Daghmouri Bouzouita at the TAP agency.
The winners Aous Dhahri, third year mathematics student at the pilot high school in Monastir, Oussema Souissi, fourth year mathematics student at the El Menzah 8 high school in Ariana and Mohamed Kraiem Bouallegue, first year secondary student at the pilot high school in Bizerte won the gold medals, while the silver medal was awarded to Ayoub Abdouli.
During this 4th edition, Tunisia won the prize for the best performance in this discipline at the Arab level.
Note that the 2024 Arab Mathematics Olympiad was organized in Doha in partnership with the Arab Educational, Cultural and Science Organization (ALECSO) and the Qatar National Commission for Education and Science.
