Friday June 21, 2024, an accident involving six cars occurred on the grand canal viaduct du Havre (Seine-Maritime), the A29, causing traffic jams and diversions.

The A29 cut in one direction

And with the work currently being carried out, Bison Fûté informs that “the A29 motorway is cut in the Beuzeville direction towards Saint-Saëns from the Rivière Saint Sauveur interchange”.

The SAPN manager has set up a diversion route:

• From the A29, users are diverted towards the La Rivière-Saint-Sauveur interchange then take the secondary network towards Saint-Saëns.

• Users coming from the A13, and wanting to head towards Le Havre, are diverted towards the Tancarville bridge (N182) and return to their original destination towards Le Havre via the A131.

A traffic jam of several kilometers

A traffic jam of several kilometers formed. “Users are invited to follow the manager’s instructions and exercise caution when approaching this sector,” emphasizes Bison Futé.
