The tour will therefore begin on Sunday July 7 and no longer on the 6th as planned. The president of the Regional Cyclist Committee, Alfred Defontis, confirmed this after his meeting at the prefecture this Thursday, June 20, 2024. It will therefore be held from July 7 to 14, 2024.

The 43rd edition of the International Cycling Tour of Martinique will have 8 stages. The first departure will be in two sections on Sunday July 7. A straight stage of 103 kilometers between Fort-de-France and Marin, then in the afternoon of 82 kilometers Marin-Fort-de-France.

A decision announced this Thursday, June 20, 2024 by Alfred Defontis following a meeting at the prefecture. The president of the Regional Cycling Committee is a guest on the 1 p.m. radio news.
