The referendum campaign against the two revisions to tenancy law put to the vote on November 24 amounts to smoke and mirrors. They say landlords want to sabotage tenant protections to line their own pockets. They were even heard contesting the two projects on the grounds that parliament was preparing to toughen legislation against squatters. Comparing a tenant, who has legitimate rights, to a squatter, who violates the law, we had to dare.

So, what exactly is November 24 about?
