A Chinese manufacturer making constant progress in France, Voge presented a new medium-displacement trail bike at the EICMA show, which is being held in Milan until Sunday: the DS625X.
Designed to travel on different types of roads and paths, the DS625X takes the lines of the DS525X model, and sports a new sand color, with an adventurer style.
The Voge DS625X is powered by a 581 cc liquid-cooled parallel twin-cylinder engine with twin camshafts and 8 valves, delivering 63 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 57 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
On the chassis side, we find a steel frame, using the engine as a structural element, a 41 mm KYB inverted fork at the front and a monoshock with separate tank at the rear, ensuring ground clearance of 220 mm, ideal for crossing obstacles safely. The braking system is composed of Nissin double-piston calipers with double 298 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc.
In terms of equipment, the Voge DS625X is equipped with an adjustable windshield, hand guards, full LED lighting with distinctive DRL daytime running lights, a central stand, adjustable levers, different driving modes, traction control and disconnectable ABS. We also find tubeless rims fitted with Metzeler Tourance tires, an LCD screen equipped with IPS technology, which ensures readability supposedly optimal in all lighting conditions, and integrated connectivity with step-by-step navigation, pressure sensors tires, and backlit controls.
Also available in an A2 version, the Voge DS625X trail will be available from the end of January in three colors: Night Black, sand, and blue/silver, at a price estimated between 7,000 and 7,400 euros.
