On January 26 and 27, the Grand Final of the Bocuse d'Or 2025 will be held. Like every year, the competition will be played during the Sirha show at Eurexpo.

At the end of four continental selections, which had to decide between 72 countries, 24 candidates were selected to participate in the Lyon final.

Mauritius, Morocco, Chile, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand, Hungary and the United Kingdom are among the countries which will benefit from a representative.

Paul Marcon to represent

In France, it is the Altiligerian chef Paul Marcon, from the three-star restaurant Marcon, who will represent the country. During the European selection, which took place last March, he won 5e place.

For two days, these renowned chefs will have to prove themselves in two tests. For the first, the “platter”, a hot dish for 16 people will be requested with a presentation of venison as the centerpiece. The theme of the second event, “plates” has not yet been revealed.

The last Bocuse d'Or, awarded in 2023, rewarded Danish chef Brian Mark Hansen.
