The fire started from the underground car park where around twenty cars were parked. Five were destroyed and several were heavily damaged by heat. No residents were injured but the 54 occupants of the building had to be evacuated and were able to take shelter in a nearby hotel. The causes of this fire remain undetermined at this time.
