Once a jazz, always a jazz

A regular reader sent us a clipping dating from 1978 with an article on the Jazzogenics and a more recent photo of them.

The years have passed, but the daily jhm goes back in time for you. More precisely in 1978. On this press clipping, it is written: “Seven young people, brought together by the love of jazz, gave a concert in front of 70 listeners during the cabaret evening of the Maison des Jeunes et la Culture”. At that time, they were called “the Jazzogenics”.

More than 40 years separate these two photos

More than four decades have passed since this moment captured by Patrick Gilbert. However, their passion for jazz has spanned the ages. Only the name of the group has changed: “Jazzopen”.
