Agam Goldstein-Almog posted photos of herself and her younger brothers from their time in Gaza captivity at the hands of Hamas and Palestinian civilian accomplices. The three were kidnapped from their home on Kibbutz Kfar Aza, along with their mother: their father and older sister were murdered by the terrorists.
Goldstein-Almog posted the images on Instagram, along with a plea for the hostages’ release.
“Sitting in a tunnel in Gaza, having their photo taken and begging to go home,” she wrote. “Eyes full of fatigue and fear, these eyes which, the day before, saw the worst things and fear seeing even worse. »

“Today is November 3, 2024, and on this date last year, I did not know that I would be released in three weeks, I was not even sure that I would live, that I would see other hostages. I was afraid of what my eyes would see. I didn’t want to see any more disasters or suffering. »
“I will probably never be able to tell what those eyes saw. Those eyes that looked at the clock every day, waiting, incredulous. »
“Those eyes that saw the hostages up close over there. I looked you in the eye but I didn’t know it would take this long. How can we look you in the eye? What are we going to tell you? “I’m angry, because if they had released me a week earlier, it would have saved me so much. Even a day earlier. »
“So, what about them?” It will soon be 400 days, as many days as we could have spared them, from everything they saw there. How many more days are we going to impose on them, through postponements and delays? Look them in the eye, how much longer are you going to ask them to put up with this? »
It appears that these images were obtained by the Israeli army.
