This morning around 8:30 a.m., the Côte-d'Or firefighters were called to a fire which broke out in the Dijon cereals dryer, near the Venarey-Les Laumes station.
An employee who spotted the smoke
It was an employee who was passing by who saw smoke escaping and who then called the emergency services.
Firefighters from Venarey, Montbard and Semur-en-Auxois are still on site but “the situation is under control”, according to Mayor Patrick Molinoz, who also went to the scene.
