A pricing policy criticized in recent months
An announcement which comes at a time when the SNCF had been criticized in recent months for its pricing policy: in February, it announced that the price of TGV Inoui tickets should increase by a maximum of 2.6% in 2024, due to inflation, after an increase of 5% in 2023.
The price of Ouigo and Intercités had been frozen by the former Minister of Transport, Clément Beaune. The SNCF ticket office for the end-of-year holidays, for its part, has been open since October 2.
