1See you in the garden

These June 1st and 2nd, everywhere in Wallonia.

Under its new name “Rendez-vous au jardin”, integrating as best as possible with the related European event, the “Parks and Gardens of Wallonia Weekend” opens prestigious castle parks and public gardens of all kinds in the Region . The theme of “Five Senses in the Garden” guides this edition, inviting us to explore the multiple ways in which our gardens awaken our senses, through intoxicating scents, delicate textures, vibrant colors, exquisite flavors and soothing sounds. In total, 36 participating parks each offer a unique experience to amaze the senses of visitors young and old. The songs of birds, the murmur of water, the rustling of leaves and much more.

Giant picnic

At the Château de Modave Park, the now traditional picnic in the garden is held on Saturday June 1st. The day of relaxation and conviviality in the heart of an enchanting setting announces varied activities such as wooden games, massages, live music and shows to enhance this moment of sharing.

Finally, throughout the weekend, the owners and managers of parks and gardens reserve a multitude of activities in the garden, such as concerts, guided tours, story tours, plant discoveries, games for children and much more. Moreover.
