On June 1st and 2nd, the Saint-Leu district will come alive with varied artistic offerings, surprises and workshops… – and of course the traditional Sunday lunchtime banquet. “A festival that reflects our programming”, poses Jérôme Sallé, director of the Maison du théâtre which oversees this event “participatory”. Its construction was entrusted to four young women, from the companies Le Compost and Banana Tragédie. They set down their bags for four months to work with around a hundred residents around the fabric. This artistic and cultural education residency allowed them to raise In beautiful sheets, based on collected stories, which they will perform on the 1st at 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Chés Cabotans theater. A common thread that we will find in their performance mapping The Visiosophare, their Trout hunting or even a hand-sewn exhibition. They also called on other artists to enhance the celebrations: concerts, shows, outings, etc. will flourish in different places and public spaces in the neighborhood. Opening on the 1st at 2 p.m. at Place Aristide-Briand.
