Pierre Palmade chose to return to the addiction department where he was transferred in April and which he left at the beginning of June following a reduction in his judicial supervision.

JUSTICE – The Melun public prosecutor’s office has ruled. After the serious traffic accident caused by Pierre Palmade in February 2023 in Villiers-en-Bière (Seine-et-Marne), the actor and comedian will be judged only for “unintentional injuries”announced this Monday, May 27, prosecutor Jean-Michel Bourlès.

More precisely, the investigating judge in charge of the case sent the artist back for “unintentional injuries resulting in total incapacity for work of more than or less than three months”underlines the prosecution, which for its part requested a trial for “homicide and unintentional injury”. Pierre Palmade faces fourteen years in prison and a fine of 200,000 euros.

Initially sued for “homicide and unintentional injury”, the 56-year-old actor escapes the first charge, the latter not being able to be upheld despite the death of a baby in his mother’s womb during the accident.
