The start of Roland-Garros becomes even more concrete. The Parisian Grand Slam has just revealed the program for Sunday May 26, the first day of competition. Several Tricolores will be in the spotlight at Porte d’Auteuil, particularly on the main courts.

Two French people on the Lenglen

The center court will open with the match of former world number 1 Naomi Osaka, opposed to the Italian Lucia Bronzetti. The highly anticipated Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz will take over before Caroline Garcia moves into the third rotation against the German Eva Lys. Finally, the night session match will pit Stanislas Wawrinka against Andy Murray, one of the most anticipated matches of the 1er round, between the two Grand Slam winners.

The Suzanne-Lenglen court will see the French Ugo Humbert and Richard Gasquet, respectively in 1D and 3e rotation. The Latvian Jelena Ostapenko, winner of the tournament in 2017 will also be there, as will Barbora Krejcikova, winner in 2021, at the end of the day.

Finally, the Simonne-Mathieu court is not left out with the presence of the 6th in the world Andrey Rublev or the Frenchwoman Chloé Paquet who will be supported. Corentin Moutet can put a smile on his face. The Frenchman had asked spectators to come and support him in numbers against the Chilean Nicolas Jarry. This should therefore be the case on this court renowned for its fervor. Many other matches are also held on the annex courts.
