[J26 D2F] 4 good reasons to follow the 26th day of D2F!

This Saturday will take place the 26th day of D2F. And if the title is already played, we give you 4 good reasons not to miss these last meetings!

1°) A struggle for maintenance which is still not resolved

If the champion, Sambre Avesnois Handball, is now well known, there is still a big suspense which has not yet been lifted before this last day of D2F: that of maintaining. Indeed, at the bottom of the ranking, if Toulouse remains in last place, there will be a real fight between 3 teams who still have to give body and soul to try to maintain themselves. Thus, Vaulx-en-Velin (36 points), Lomme Lille (37 points) and Le Pouzin (38 points) will have to try to grab as many points as possible to avoid trembling. Bouillargues, despite a number of points equal to Pouzin, is already saved (the club does well in the event of a direct tie with ASUL or mini-championships of three or four with the other competitors). ASUL has the possibility of making a good move against the players of the pink city, already condemned, but will have to count on a rout of the Northerners to get ahead. They face Celles who occupies 3rd place on the podium, not the least tough opponent. Finally, Le Pouzin welcomes Noisy. A draw or a victory may be enough. Pushed by their audience, the Ardéchoises leave with a little something extra.

2°) An exciting derby

Pessac welcomes Bègles! Nothing less than one of the most anticipated matches on the Gironde side between two of the best teams of the season. The two teams have nothing left to play for in the standings, except to obtain as many points as possible, and it is therefore a match for local supremacy which is at stake. In the first leg, it was the Pessacaises who had a good shot at Bègles. The visitors will therefore want to wash away the insult!

3°) Champions on the prowl!

Sacred last week at the end of a final distance fight with Pessac, the Sambres Avesnois Handball players will be able to celebrate their title during their final trip of the season to Brittany. The opportunity to spin the round hats and enjoy one last dance together. When two festive lands meet, it promises!

4°) Moving goodbyes are planned!

Everywhere across France, it will be time to say goodbye before the next season… Or almost forever. Many players will change clubs, or even end their careers. So the communion between supporters and teams must be up to par, and it will be! Because high-level sport is above all competition but also and above all shared, inspiring emotions! See you in the 6 rooms this Saturday.
