Sixty-seven new housing units, located on rue Maurice-Sambron near the town center of Pontchâteau (Loire-Atlantique), are intended to accommodate people with limited resources, disabilities or loss of autonomy. The purpose of this inclusive housing is to fight against isolation, develop social bonds and promote the maintenance of autonomy.

Made up of sixty-seven bright and functional two- and three-room apartments, enjoying beautiful outdoor spaces (garden, terrace or balcony) located in a quiet, wooded area close to the town center of Pontchâteau (Loire-Atlantique), the residence Gaïa was inaugurated on Wednesday May 21.

Nantaise habitations, the first social enterprise for housing (ESH) in Loire-Atlantique, with a stock of more than 13,800 housing units, acquired twenty-three of these apartments to expand the stock of social housing in the town. Six of them…
