With the first day of Sabolian entrepreneurship, Thursday May 16, 2024the Economic Mission and the Community of Communes of the Sabolian Country have recorded what La Virgule will be, this place dedicated to the economy, which will be installed in the premises of the former media library in Sablé-sur-Sarthe.

“The container isn’t there yet, but we have the content!” », launched Daniel Chevalier, president of the intercommunality.

At the Madeleine-Marie room, for a day, partners from the world of employment, local business leaders and project leaders were able to meet and discuss.

Pierre-Marie Gourhand, director of the Economic Mission, could have a smile.

We have around a hundred registered, the participants come from Sarthe but also from Mayenne and Maine-et-Loire. For many, they are project leaders or microentrepreneurs.

Arts and design degree students from the neighboring Elizé high school also made the trip.

The two round tables in the morning were dedicated to a experience sharing. During the first, Alexandra Legmann Pelletier, from Maison Drans, Nicolas Rue from the Weldom store and Stéphane Berthelot, from CB Résine, returned to their journey of buyer or business creator.

During the second dedicated to responsible entrepreneurshipSylvie Casenave-Péré, from Posson Packaging, Xavier Guivarch from La Scetec and Isabelle Roncin from Let’s Co_up highlighted the specificities of their companies: from corporate social responsibility for Posson which has become a company with a mission, to the choice of establishing itself in SCOP for Scetec and Let’s Co_up.

The afternoon was dedicated to workshops on legal forms and finding financing.

“It gave me motivation again”

A first edition of the entrepreneurship day which won over the participants. Adeline Bertin recently created her own business, Feuillantines Biographies.

I was touched by the two round tables. It’s interesting to discover an exciting entrepreneurial spirit. It gave me motivation again!

She notably retains the words of Alexandra Legmann-Pelletier: “the obstacles are part of the path”. “It’s good to hear it,” says the young woman. “It gives hope.” She will closely follow the evolution of the Comma “to perhaps work on it one day”.

Virginie de Bodinat will create his association to set up workshops linked to artistic professions. She also retains “stories of experience”. “It was interesting to ask questions to entrepreneurs before launching. It makes the experience possible. » She describes this day in one word: “ Reassuring. »
