We finally know the price of the Renault 5 E-Tech: has the diamond brand managed to keep its promises?

We already knew everything or almost everything about the Renault 5 E-Tech. The big question that remained was that of the price affixed at the bottom of the invoice. Although we will have to wait a little longer to know if the most modest version of the electric car will manage to fall below the symbolic bar of €25,000, we now know the prices for the one with the largest battery.

You will have to be patient

Delivery will not begin immediately, including for the 52 kWh version. Common buyers will have to wait until the end of January 2025 to get their hands on the vehicle, while owners of the R Pass pre-reservation ticket will see deliveries begin in December of this year.

To know the prices of the 40 kWh version, not available before 2025, you will have to wait a little longer. According to Renault, its starting price in Five finish and without bonus should however be €25,000. The bet therefore seems a priori won, in principle.
