Cody Allan Dubchak is no longer accused of the arson that destroyed a buccaneer in Petit-Cap, in southeastern New Brunswick, last July.

The Crown withdrew the charge against this 38-year-old man on October 10 in Moncton Provincial Court.

Two other men from the Shediac region are still accused in connection with the fire which completely destroyed the Elphège and Norbert LeBlanc company’s buccaneer on July 9.

They are Stéphane René Gallant and Austin Curtis Dernier.
