TELEVISION – In the TF1 detective series tinged with humor, season 2 of which launches this Thursday at 9:10 p.m., Muriel Robin plays with his wife but also with his best friend…

With an average of 4.6 million viewers and a colossal catch-up success with one million additional views per episode, the first season of Master Crimesbroadcast in the fall of 2023 on TF1, inevitably called for a sequel. It’s done: the headline detective mini-series returns this Thursday at 9:10 p.m. with new, unpublished episodes.

According to Muriel Robin, who plays the main heroine, the criminologist Louise Arbus, if the series found its audience it is largely thanks to the scenarios. “There is elegance in the writing, the investigations work, the laughter is there and there is no need to overdo the humor, we can remain subtle,” explains the actress to 20 Minutes.

“Being four months with my wife on set is very nice”

“It’s tasty to watch and it’s tasty to do,” continues Muriel Robin, who also thinks that some of the viewers have started watching Master Crimes piqued by “the curiosity to see how the woman who shares my life plays and what it’s like for a couple who plays together”.
