2024 US electionscase

The two main candidates met at the end of June and then in September to battle it out in two presidential debates, where each believes they have much more to gain than to lose. They had not crossed paths since 2020.

Joe Biden and Donald Trump do not agree on much, but it ultimately only took them a few dozen minutes spent calling out to each other on the networks while flexing their muscles, Wednesday May 15, to agree on the urgency of debating, one in front of the other, on television, setting the dates and the main terms of two upcoming games: June 27 in the CNN studios in Atlanta, and September 10 in good care from the ABC channel. An unusually early schedule, which even anticipates the formal inauguration of the two candidates by their respective parties, scheduled for mid-July for the Republicans, then a month later for the Democrats. But this is the reflection of an extraordinary campaign, where the presentations no longer seem to be made with the protagonists, each of whom has already served a presidential mandate and is now convinced that this springboard would be conducive to gaining the advantage over the another in this electoral confrontation which promises to be very close until the vote on November 5.
