In Escalquens, the show Escal’en scene returns for a third edition. The principle ? A play retracing the history of the city and more broadly of Lauragais with the residents and associations of the municipality.

This year, the town hall, initiator of the concept, decided to innovate by organizing a exhibition which highlights the talents of the city. We take stock of this day organized in June.

A new show in the evening

According to the Escalquens town hall, the recipe forEscal’en scene works ! “Elected officials, a group of motivated volunteers, the talent of a director and an artistic team, the mobilization and commitment of several municipal associations and the support of patrons” are the key to the latest edition, winner of the “My commune moves” prize awarded by the Association of Mayors of France.

For this third edition, the live show will take place on Saturday June 29 from 9 p.m. in the town hall gardens on the theme of the Music hall. The public will be welcomed from 7 p.m. with access to a catering area.

A day for talents

New this year: the town hall is offering a day of exhibition with the talents of the municipality from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. outdoors.

The success of the first two editions and the enthusiasm of the spectators made us want, for this third edition, to offer a time dedicated to all the talents of Escalquin. In addition to the traditional show which will take place in the evening.
