Sébastien Cauet is the subject of five complaints, accusing him of rape and sexual assault. NRJ12 then decided to remove its emblematic host from the air since November 22. Several days ago, the commercial court ruled in favor of the radio in the dispute between it and Cauet. The radio then has no obligation to reinstate or compensate the host.

Sam Zirah invited Keen’V on his show In complete privacy available on YouTube this May 14. The singer mentioned the Sébastien Cauet affair for the first time.

Keen’V defends Sébastien Cauet

Keen’V, close to the host, returned to the scandal at the heart of Sébastien Cauet. The singer, very close to the host, showed his support for his friend. “Ihe saved my life a billion times (…), for my career, he gave me so much advice. It was he who taught me to take things in the second degree” he explained regarding the radio host. “He is someone, humanly, extremely caring” he then emphasized.

I think with fairly close certainty that 90% that it is not possible“, he then declared, regarding the rape complaints against the host. “It would hurt me to have a bad image of him. I who paint it like my little hero who helped me a lot in my career” he then admitted.

Cauet affair: why Keen’V hopes “that it is true”

If the singer believes in the innocence of his great friend, he admitted to Sam Zirah that he was hoping for something that was surprising to say the least. “It bothers me because I say to myself, even if my Coco is exonerated, and I think he will be exonerated (…) his name is stained” he first declared. “I say to myself, can you imagine if all this is false, it’s a suspicion, all this harm that has been done, I think that, even in his brain, it’s irreversible Keen’V then assured.

There’s a part of me where I’m like, ‘I hope it’s true’, otherwise his life is destroyed for lies. And I don’t know how we can survive this” he told Sam Zirah. Sébastien Cauet continues to plead his innocence to the accusations. Rejected by the commercial court, he will appeal this court decision.
