The Minister of Justice, Didier Migaud, is the guest of “Face-to-face” presented by Apolline de Malherbe on BFMTV and RMC this Thursday, October 10 at 8:30 a.m.
Two days earlier, the Minister of Justice judged that the budget “will not be satisfactory”.
“I cannot tell you more,” he said before the Assembly’s Law Committee, claiming however to be “mobilized” so that “the main commitments are kept, particularly in terms of the number” of magistrates or even clerks.
The 2025 budget will maintain “an increase in staffing levels in Justice, Interior and Defense”, government spokesperson Maud Bregeon responded on Wednesday, without detailing the level of this increase.
