Gasoline prices drop by more than 1,400 dong per liter

Since 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, the liter of E5 RON 92 gasoline and RON 95-III gasoline has decreased by 1,288 dong and 1,411 dong, respectively, in accordance with a joint decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and of the Ministry of Finance.

Prices are now 22,623 dong per liter of E5 RON 92, 23,544 dong per liter of RON 95-III.

Prices are now 22,623 dong per liter of E5 RON 92, 23,544 dong per liter of RON 95-III.

Diesel now sells at 19,847 dong per liter (-759 dong), kerosene, 19,701 dong per liter (-843 dong), fuel oil, 17,503 dong per kilo (-160 dong).

The Ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance have decided not to use the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund (BOG) for all fuels.

The global oil market from May 2-9 was influenced by various factors such as rising US commercial crude oil stocks, a stronger US dollar putting pressure on global oil demand, continuing military conflict between the Russia and Ukraine, hopes of ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip between Israel and Hamas…

These factors have caused fluctuations in global fuel prices in recent days.
