Shopping city par excellence, fashionable and cool Antwerp invites you to spend a day of window shopping… And more if you like. But where to shop? Let yourself be guided by our subjective guide to shops that we think are definitely worth a detour.

Between fashion addresses, vintage gems and other brands dedicated to responsible purchasing and upcycling, a short guide to our favorite shopping addresses in Antwerp.

Obligatory passage via rue du Cloître

If you only make one shopping stop in Antwerp, let it be this picturesque street full of as many tempting shop windows as possible.

With brands such as Won Hundred, 7d and Aspesi, M/S Store focuses on men’s fashion in a luxurious interior (hello Wabbes lamps and superb herringbone parquet flooring) with service to match the setting. Perfect for making men who are hesitant love shopping.

Big brands

Who says fashion city, also says place of choice for international brands looking to establish themselves in Belgium. The proof in two.

Could the brand’s creative director, Glenn Martens (formerly Antwerp Academy), have anything to do with this establishment? After a long absence, Diesel has a new flagship in the town of Brabo.

Shopping, yes, but while respecting the planet, by choosing upcycling, for example, in one of these committed addresses.

Music, maestro!

The cool kids from Antwerp have spoken, and they are saying it loud and clear: from vinyl to CD, we listen to music on a physical medium rather than streaming.

From bargains to collectibles, Bart Van de Bosch buys and sells vintage vinyl as well as new records or CDs to discover in the cozy listening corner of Bart Vinyl.

Paardenmarkt 18.

After more than a hundred years of existence, the legendary British temple of music HMV (or as it was called in 1921: His Master’s Voice) finally has a point of sale in Antwerp, which suddenly boasts an additional 300 m² of pop culture.
