The murder of Philippine moved the whole of . Last Saturday, September 21, the lifeless body of this young student was found partially buried in the de Boulogne. A suspect was arrested in Switzerland: Taha O., a 22-year-old Moroccan national, convicted of rape in 2021 then released in June 2024.
