Still leader of the championship, and due to a lack of available land at the Léo Lagrange stadium, FC Chalon has relocated its training to the Entente Sportive Epervans Ouroux field.

To get into the swing of things and prepare for the next championship match against Gueugnon next Sunday at 3 p.m., the FC Chalon senior team had contacted all the clubs in the area, in order to have a grass pitch for their training session. Due to a lack of accessible grassy land on the Léo Lagrange site, the session took place this Thursday evening on the Epervans side. A great sporting solidarity between the clubs so that FC Chalon can best prepare for the upcoming meeting.

Four matches are still to be played for the senior team, which remains leader of its group. For Damien Perrusson, “the objective is clear. It is to finish first. No guarantee of moving up to the higher division next season with the changes that come into play this season. Only the best team in the 3 groups will benefit from the climb. Everything is open and it will be played out in a pocket handkerchief.” This means that FC Chalon players have no right to make a mistake, and that was the whole point of this physical preparation on a grassy pitch rather than using Léo Lagrange’s synthetic.

It is quite natural that the team gathered around Patrick Pinard in Epervans, wanted to make their infrastructure available, in support of the Chalonnaise team. This support is particularly appreciated, all the more so with the renewed financial support of the Galilé group, chaired by Eric Michoux, at FC Chalon. FC Chalon did not come empty-handed, since a batch of balls was offered for the football class of the Entente Sportive.

A nice moment around football and community living together.

The opportunity to remind you that the sports association is organizing its lottery on May 8 in Epervans in the P. Baumann room – Doors open from 5:30 p.m. 3000 euros worth of prizes are up for grabs. Restoration and refreshments on site. On May 11, the lotto will be played near Ouroux sur Saône at the Rochet room – Doors open at 6 p.m.
