The year 2023 was marked by flourishing tourist activity in Côte-d’Or, with impressive figures at all levels.

Nights and visitors
More than 15.2 million total nights were recorded in all types of accommodation, with a balanced distribution between French and foreign nights.
The tourist sites welcomed no less than 2,257,932 visitors throughout the year.
The accommodation stock has a total of 125,628 beds, including 82,885 in secondary residences.

Tourist economy
Tourism consumption has exceeded the mark of 1.1 billion euros.
The average expenditure per night and per tourist is 74 euros.
Côte-d’Or tourist offices welcomed 159,149 tourists during the year.
The tourism sector contributed to the creation of 7,900 jobs in the region.
