Six months after its closure, one of the most beautiful hotels in the Saint-Malo city (Breton family group Oceania Hotels) reopens its doors on April 29, 2024. Among the greatest successes of the project: the lounge bar was moved to allow customers, residents of Saint-Malo and other tourists to admire the horizon. “Our idea was to allow our visitors to experience the sea in all its forms and at all times of the day and to literally dive into the Big Blue,” adds the manager. Lhe highlight of the renovation is undoubtedly the new suites with terrace. Nestled on the 4th floor, under the roof, these suites enjoy a panoramic view of Saint-Malo, its beaches and its charming villas. One of them will be modular. It can be privatized to be in the front row during emblematic events such as offshore races like the Route du Rhum — Destination Guadeloupe! »

Given the scale of the renovation, the hotel will reopen its doors on April 29, 2024 for the lobby, bar, wellness area and 44 rooms and, at the end of June 2024, for the other 32 rooms. “For each of our projects, we work with long-term partners who we associate with local companies. », would like to specify the general director of the Oceania Hotels Group.
