Real estate market outlook for fall 2024

At the start of autumn 2024, L’Isle-Adam still stands out for its varied opportunities for buyers, thanks to prices that are significantly more affordable than those in Paris. This dynamic should continueparticularly with the gradual decline in interest rates, which is giving breathing space to families and first-time buyers, previously held back by stricter credit conditions.

Borrowers with the strongest records can now qualify for loans at 3.50%, compared to 4.20% at the start of the year. But that’s not the only good news: banks increase their credit production and seek to reconquer the market by reconsidering files rejected in the past and re-engaging their customers. A favorable situation for both sellers and buyers.

????‍♀️ Neverthelessthe decline in purchasing power remains tangible (two years ago, rates were at 1%) and buyers will continue to closely monitor the quality/price ratio.
