Aubrac and Grands Causses Sports. “Albi, here we are! »

This year, the spring outing of the “Aubrac et grands Causses sports” racing group took place last weekend in Albi. Depending on everyone’s tastes, a 10 km, a half-marathon and a marathon were on the program.

This team outing was an opportunity to strengthen the cohesion of the group by spending the entire weekend in the Tarn prefecture, with the accompanying people so that runners and non-runners were rewarded for all their efforts around the track.

The group trained by a 2nd degree federal coach every Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at the Millau stadium included runners from 17 to 55 years old. There is no absolute obligation to perform here, it is always the objectives and abilities of each person that are the basis. The coach only asks for “commitment” and then adapts the plans to the runner’s wishes. And it pays!

All the initial objectives were achieved, or even exceeded, with joy and good humor; almost without pain. Congratulations to our runners: Alexandre Labyre, David Desplas, Jérôme, Christèle And Lucas Courtial, Elsa Rodrigues, Bertrand Onfray And Matthew Rouget and their coach Cyril Badaroux.

See you in the fall for the marathon and the 100 km of Millau… and lots of other laps!
