Qhen David Nauss manipulates hops, he transforms them into gold. At the international beer competition in Lyon last March, its brewery was rewarded three times. Passionate about beer for around twenty years, the brewer first started his adventure by creating his first brewery in Beussent in 2016.
It was in 2019 that David Nauss launched his full-time activity, this time creating the Boulonnais brasserie in Marquise. “ My father worked in the beer business for 45 yearshe explains, It’s a passion that I’ve had in me since I was little. »
His work led him to be distinguished during the international competition in Lyon. “ I received the gold medal for my classic lager as well as the silver medal for my amber beer and my organic lager », notes David Nauss. This competition is the most famous in France: it brings together breweries from all over the world.
