The Festival Committee and the city’s culture commission will organize the flea market, the Solex Festival and the Vinyl Fair on Wednesday May 8, on the Place de la République. The traditional flea market is a moment awaited by everyone. The time for lovers to hunt for objects from yesteryear and for sellers to do spring cleaning! To participate, registrations can be made at the town hall, until Tuesday April 30. The prices are as follows: €8 for 3 m, €15 for 6 m, and €20 for 9 m.
Concerning the Solex Festival, Solex owners are invited to gather on the Place de la République, from 9 a.m., and at 10 a.m., the start of the old-fashioned ride, in a Solex, in the village, for a Approximate duration of one and a half hours. Last year, this gathering was a huge success since more than 60 Solexes, each more original than the last, took part in this warm moment.
The novelty
This year, something new is the Vinyl Fair with musical entertainment (information from the communications department on 04 66 88 17 00 and on [email protected]).
This same day, at 4 p.m., the Lou Bandot bullfighting club will organize a Royales spring race with the Cuillé Frères herd and the bulls Epicurean, Merlot, Union, Marignan, Tapoquin, Crisp And Jasmine (out of point). The team of raseteurs will be made up of Kais Oukfir, Kelian Gibert, Vito Viscomi, Milan Boukharta, Ilan Daniel and Sylvain Quinson.
Around these events, the municipal social action center (CCAS) will organize, still on the Place de la République, a sale of clothes worn by the actors of the series Here it all begins. The profits will be donated to the CCAS.
