Unfortunately, she did not survive. Last Wednesday, a violent accident occurred shortly after 9:30 a.m. in the Rouvignies industrial zone. It involved two cars at the intersection, marked by a stop sign, of rue Marc-Jodot and rue de Wavrechain. The impact was so violent that the Skoda and the Audi involved in the accident were thrown several meters away from the scene of the collision.
A 33 year old mother
The three occupants of the Audi having escaped with relatively minor injuries, they were admitted to the Denain hospital center for additional examinations. The condition of the driver of the Skoda, on the other hand, was much more worrying. She was transported to the Valenciennes emergency room in an ambulance provided by SMUR. Admitted in shock, she unfortunately succumbed to her injuries this Saturday. The 33-year-old Hérinoise leaves behind a little girl aged 4.
A police investigation has been opened to shed light on the circumstances of this fatal collision. She was entrusted to the accident brigade.
