A trial, which, overlooked by others, including that of the Mazan rapes, did not make much noise. However, accompanied by his partner Pauline Desmonts, his sister Victoria Bedos, and his mother, Nicolas Bedos was at the Paris court on Thursday September 26. The director was tried for sexual assault and sexual harassment of three women between 2018 and 2023. To defend himself, he lamented not remembering the acts committed and spoke of a problem with alcohol. Regarding facts dating back to June 2023 during an evening in a nightclub, one of the complainants said that he walked towards her, “head down”, before trying to touch her genitals. “I would sincerely like to remember what happened”declared Nicolas Bedos, indicating that during this evening, he had gone out to celebrate his partner’s pregnancy.

On the stand, the complainants recounted their (very) bad experience with the actor. One of them, a waitress in a Parisian bar, mimed the attack. She reported that Nicolas Bedos had notably grabbed her by the waist and that he had kissed her on the neck while he was drunk.
