Dark forces have infiltrated the kingdom of Hyrule. While ordinary people go about their daily lives, mysterious faults split the land and swallow up entire areas…and their inhabitants! Even a heroic swordsman named Link disappeared into a rift… Without him, who will save the day?!

Armed with a powerful scepter called the Scepter of Tri, Princess Zelda must now ally herself with a celestial creature named Tri and explore the vast kingdom of Hyrule to restore its fault-riddled lands. However, in the game The Legend of Zelda™: Echoes of Wisdomcourage and strength aren’t your only ways to solve puzzles and defeat bad guys. Zelda has more methods… creative.
The power of Wisdom
After obtaining the Scepter of Sorting, Zelda can use it to create “echoes”, which are reproductions of objects she finds while exploring Hyrule. Beds, pots, monsters, trampolines… you can create all kinds of things in this game. Your strategy for overcoming obstacles depends on you and the echoes you find. For example, let’s imagine two possible ways to approach a situation:
Figure case nº 1 : Let’s avoid the enemies! We can create an echo of a trampoline to reach a higher ledge.
Figure case nº 2 : Let’s eliminate the enemies! We can jump on an echo of a trampoline while holding an echo of a crow to hover behind enemies, then use an echo of the lumizol to take them all out in one fell swoop.
But keep in mind that each encounter, whether it’s an enemy or a puzzle hidden in the environment, is a kind of miniature puzzle in itself. It’s up to you how to play the game!
The Dungeon Explorer
Zelda’s investigation into the Rifts will take her to the Void World, a place where you’ll face dungeons filled with enemies, puzzles, and monstrous bosses. Consider experimenting with different echoes when approaching an obstacle.
In addition to creating echoes, Zelda has some powerful additional abilities. Use Synchronize so that objects follow Zelda’s movements, or Reverse sync so that it follows the movements of an object. You can also use a Mysterious Sword to enter Powerful Swordsman mode (but you will exit this mode when a gauge is empty, so be careful!).
Travel off the beaten track
Hyrule is vast and has many discoveries in store for you. Quirky characters await you, as well as side quests, minigames, outfits, accessories, delicious smoothies, and much more. As you explore the different regions, you’ll help local residents, traverse dungeons, and memorize echoes that you will then use to deal with other situations in creative ways!
