They are the parents of a little Joséphine, born in December 2023. And it was Public who announced the birth to you, a few months ago. It was hand in hand that Nicolas Bedos and Pauline Desmonts arrived at the Criminal Court.

This September 26, 2024, Nicolas Bedos faces justice. He is accused of sexual assault and harassment by three women between 2018 and 2023. And the 45-year-old actor and director entered the courtroom without saying a word.

Nicolas Bedos is not alone at his trial

Arriving with his partner and his lawyer, Me Julia Minkowski (alias Madame Benjamin Griveaux), Guy Bedos’ son is supported by his family. As proof, he was joined on site by his sister Victoria and his mother, Joëlle Bercot.

The hearing opened with a reminder of the case. A first woman reported an assault in June 2023, which occurred in a nightclub.

Nicolas Bedos allegedly walked towards her, head down, before reaching out his right hand to her genitals, over her jeans.

Kicked out of the establishment, according to the security guard, he had previously touched the buttocks of another, earlier in the evening.

Two other women are also there, to testify against Nicolas Bedos. They have not filed a complaint but have constituted themselves as civil parties.

Two other women to support the first

A waitress says she was grabbed by the waist and kissed on the neck in May 2023 by the drunken star.

Finally, the last testimony concerns an evening in June 2018. Nicolas Bedos is said to have touched a young woman’s stomach and asked her to kiss him before following her on the way to the toilets.

For these cases, Nicolas Bedos risks up to five years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros.
