50 Cent confirms that Dr. Dre will produce Eminem’s next album. This album will be the Eminem’s first in four years, after his eleventh album, “Music to Be Murdered By”. According to 50 Cent, Eminem and Dr. Dre have other classics in store.
The G-Unit leader made an appearance in a surprise teaser for Eminem’s next album: “The Death of Slim Shady”which was posted online Thursday April 25. “I thought we were friends. He’s not a friend, he’s a psychopath”declares Fif in the clip.
The upcoming album will explore what led to the disappearance of Slim Shady, his demonic double. On Instagram, 50 Cent posted the teaser and gave details about the collaboration. “This thing has a good face”, he wrote. “Dre is back!”
Although Dr. Dre has been listed as executive producer on most of Eminem’s albumswith the exception of “Kamikaze” in 2018 and “Music to Be Murdered By” In 2020, their recent work together has paled in comparison to Eminem’s prime. Nevertheless, the two artists have supported each other over the years, Eminem performing in Dre’s Super Bowl halftime show in 2022.
Regarding the friendship between Fif and Eminem, the latter recently expressed his desire to work on a full album with him: “Yo, I’m trying to convince him to make another album. We need another 50 album, really, bro”says Eminem.
