The September 2024 State of Play ended overnight and as you could see in our full summary, many of the games presented are in fact already available or will also be available on Xbox. The Microsoft brand did not fail to let it be known.
Finally, PlayStation features a lot of Xbox games
It’s a bit the same at every big publisher conference. The latter presents a lot of games, but we often have to read between the lines and pick up information here and there to know on which platforms the games will actually be available.
Indeed, for its State of Play, the various game trailers presented by PlayStation only include mentions of its platforms and/or PC in the best case. If a game is released on Xbox or Switch, the information is simply not given. It is generally the same thing on the Xbox side when the brand broadcasts conferences.
A bit teasing, Xbox did not fail to let it be known by broadcasting an image of all the games from the Sony conference that will be available on Xbox, and without mentioning the State of Play. “If you look closely, you’ll notice that these games are coming to Xbox.”
