LINKIN PARK “Heavy Is The Crown” the anthem of the League of Legends World Championship 2024 (Watch the video)

LINKIN PARK—Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Dave “Phoenix” Farrell, Joe Hahn, Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain—continue preparations for the release of their new album with a new single titled The crown is heavy.

The song is the anthem for the 2024 League of Legends World Championship and marks the group’s first collaboration with Riot Games. The song has an edge, serving as an anthem fit for both the high-octane, multi-dimensional competition of League of Legends and music festivals around the world. Of course, “Heavy Is The Crown” paves the way for LINKIN PARK’s first album since 2017, FROM ZERO, which drops on November 15.

“Heavy Is The Crown” comes on the heels of the band’s first new single in seven years, “ The vacuum machine» which established itself as a global hit with seismic impact. It climbed into the Top 5 of the Spotify Global Chart, reached No. 1 on US Alternative and Rock radio, catapulted to No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative and Rock Airplay Charts, and entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 21.

The new album “From Zero” will be released on November 15th.
