On the far right, the RN had indicated since the appointment of Michel Barnier that it would not censor – a priori immediately – the new team, at least before its general policy speech, Jordan Bardella and Marine Le Pen having repeated several times that they would wait to see the “actions”. However, barely had the government been announced, the president of the RN predicted “no future” for it.
